records the actual arrival and departure times, and makes sure the caller ID matches the client’s home
telephone number.

Avoid no-shows! If a caregiver is overdue for a visit, AdaCare will send you an email or text message
to alert you in real time. You can call the caregiver or find a substitute before it’s too late.
